The children want to go to Blackpool Pleasure beach again but I think that Blackpool has had it's day (no offence). It has turned into a mini Las Vegas. I prefer the Lake District, I know it's not a theme park but it's beautiful compared to Blackpool. Any other ideas on day trips? The children als... read more

We're from Nottingham and would like to go down to the coast over the weekend, to walk along the sandy beaches and see some nice places.
